Tirpitz_Alexander_bwAlexander Tirpitz is Managing Director at the EO Institute in Berlin, where he is especially responsible for the business segment (International) Organizational Development. Prior to that he has been Co-Founder of the German Center for Market Entry (GCME) in Berlin, whose activities were integrated in the EO Institute in 2015.
He holds an M.A. in Chinese Studies and Business Administration from Free University Berlin. His expertise lies in the fields of International Business, Leadership and Organizational Development, and European-Chinese Business Relationships where he provides advice to national and international organizations. Additionally, he researches into cross-cultural business relationships.
Former positions of Alexander include marketing excutive in a British-Chinese project management consultancy in Shanghai and  project director at the German Institute for SMEs. In the latter function he conducted several research and consulting projects for famous companies.
Besides his work at the EO Institute, Alexander is a regular guest lecturer of Leadership and International Business at Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR).
Alexander Tirpitz is member of the German Association of Economists (bdvb e.V.), of the Academy of Management (AOM) and of the Academy of International Business (AIB).

SchleusRené R. Schleus is Founder and Managing Director of Schleus Marktforschung GmbH. After his studies in Business Administration at the University Augsburg (graduated with honors) he gained extensive experiences in applied market research. While working as a management consultant (2004-2005) as well as an assistant to the director of a business research institute, Schleus managed several national and international research and consulting projects. His special expertise lies in the fields of Customer Satisfaction Analysis and Market Analysis in the Financial Services Sector and in Management Issues of SMEs.
Schleus is member of the German Association of Market and Social Researchers and editor and author of several publications.
Since 2008, he is a regular guest lecturer at the FHDW University of Applied Sciences Hannover.
